I've lost my password
Is the password entered incorrect? To modify it, simply:

1. Access the authentication screen by clicking on the icon at the top right

2. Click on "Forgot your password?" on the icon at the top right of the home page.
3. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your customer account in order to receive a password reset link.
4. You will receive a message at the indicated e-mail address asking you to click on a link to set a new password

You can then continue your order with peace of mind!
payment methods
By credit card

We offer payment by credit card, for any payment by card, we use the 3Dsecure security system to guarantee your security.
We may ask you for proof in the event of an alert raised in our system. This proof will be a photocopy of your front / back identity document which you will send us by e-mail to the address "".

If you cannot pay by 3Dsecure , you can use Paypal which offers a credit card payment service.


If you wish, you can pay via PayPal.

Payment by check in one or three installments

If you wish, you can make a payment by check in 1 or 3 times. Only checks from a bank residing in mainland France are accepted. For all payments by check, you must provide us with a front / back photocopy of a valid French identity document bearing the same name.

In case of payment in 1 installment , payment will be made upon receipt.

In case of payment in 3 installments , the due date for collections will be communicated to you by e-mail.
You will have to send your 3 checks in a single mail to validate your order. The first check will be cashed upon receipt, the second on the order date M + 1 and the third on the date M + 2.

Example: If you place an order on February 6 and checks are received on February 15:

The first check will be cashed on February 15 , the second on March 6 and the third on April 6 .

Delivery methods
Home delivery
We use the services of transport partners that we have validated for their quality of service (UPS for France and DHL for international). Thanks to them, we offer you to be delivered directly to your home.

  • The cost of this delivery will appear in your "basket" depending on the product ordered and the country of delivery
  • Shipping is in the name of the order holder and cannot be changed
Do you want to track your package? Nothing's easier :
  • In your "Customer area" , go to the "My Orders" tab then "Details" .
  • By clicking on the "Track my Package" button, you will be automatically redirected to the carrier's site.
  • Your tracking number was sent to you in a shipping confirmation email.
  • The day before delivery, you receive an email and / or SMS
