1. Cancel your order
You have ordered, but have changed your mind.

  • Go to your Customer Area
  • Go to the "My Orders" tab
  • Click on the "Details" button to display all the pots of your order
  • Finally, click on the "Cancel pot" button to cancel the pot of your order
After the confirmation of the order, the cancellation will no longer be possible and the button will disappear.

2. Tracking your order
You want to know where your order is, nothing could be simpler:
  • Go to your Customer Area
  • Go to the "My Orders" tab, this will allow you to know the status of each order.
  • You can also view the progress of each pot in your order by clicking on the "Details" button.
3. Unclaimed or refused order
- You have refused a damaged package.
- You have not recovered your order.

In both cases, your order has been returned to us. Two possible solutions:
  • You wish to be reimbursed, you will be informed of the procedures by e-mail.
  • You wish to collect the order, we will send it back to you at your expense, you will also receive the details by e-mail.

4. You have not received the correct item
You received your order, but it was not what you ordered.
Please notify us as soon as possible by clicking HERE .
5. Your order is damaged
Your order has arrived but unfortunately it is damaged.
It is necessary to be vigilant and to express reservations on a package which contains traces of shock.

If the box is damaged, we advise you to check the goods with the carrier.
If the pot is damaged, we advise you to refuse it.

6. Withdrawal and return of your order
You have 14 days after delivery to express your wish to withdraw.
Contact us by email at "" , indicating your order number and the reason for withdrawal, in order to receive in return by email:
  • Your return number, necessary for the resumption of your order.
  • The return address for your order.

  • Upon receipt of your return number, you have 14 days to return your order in its original packaging and condition, to the return address indicated in the email sent by our service.

    To be able to satisfy and guarantee your request, a few guidelines must be observed:
    • Please return the part (s) in their original condition with their packaging.
    • Please indicate on each package in large legible characters the return number next to the shipping address (both sent by email)
7. Refund period
Any refund will be made within 14 days from the date of the refund request. However, reimbursement may be postponed if the order has not reached us on the 14th day following the request for reimbursement and if proof of shipment has not reached us by email at "" . Any broken pottery (s) and / or damaged during the return will unfortunately not be refundable. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment as that of the initial transaction, unless it is impossible, the reimbursement will then be made by bank transfer.
8. Your invoice
Invoices relating to your orders are available in your Customer Area upon dispatch.

To access your invoice, nothing could be simpler:
  • Go to your Customer Area
  • Go to the "My Orders" tab
  • Click on the "Details" button
  • At the end of the order details, click on the "Download my Invoice" button
No invoice can be modified once issued.
